[SED] Chapter Personnel Update Reports

Brothers of the SED,

Welcome back to school and band! I hope everyone is enjoying getting  
back into the groove of things as the Fall semester and football  
season begin. Labor day is tomorrow which means that September is  
here. All chapters should send in completed Chapter Personnel Update  
Reports with membership dues to National Headquarters by September  
30th. Please make sure these are completely filled out. Your chapter  
can be placed on probation if the forms are not turned in properly. In  
addition, the District Constitution requires chapters to re-pay the  
District for funds lost due to late filings and can also lead to  
ineligibility for hosting District functions and awards.

So please make sure your Chapter fills out this form and remits the  
dues payment immediately. Remember that every Brother is responsible  
for their Chapter and each other.
